Date selector input value enhancement

Issue 1) component not styled Issue 2) input will become invalid once start date became the past

Fix for Issue2: https://www.figma.com/file/vxxdzf6XuZiI4rjtYInAIY/Furo-Streaming?node-id=2600%3A3417 use 'now' as the parameter for start time when creating the stream (same goes for vesting)
