Bug: when configuring adv. gas controls on mm, swap state button not updated

when configuring adv. gas parameters through metamask, then proceeding with the transaction swap, the frontend correctly displays a pending transaction in the top right status bar, however the submit button is not grayed out in response to a pending state.
