Add archived farms section

Currently, if a farm gets deprecated there is no way to claim rewards on the UI.

@gasperbr Can you share any more detail? I have a number of depreciated farms which are visible and harvestable under "My Farms".

Hmm, this was from personal experience, I had some SUSHI-WETH staked tokens that I had to redeem through Ehterscan. I also had a few people reach out, will ask them for details.
