FileNotFound error

I tried to put shell = True at some places. The error is still there. Could anyone please help ? @sushant10 any solution ?

Error File "C:\Users\Yaz\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36\lib\subprocess.py", line 997, in _execute_child startupinfo) FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified
