A11Y: Dropdown: Combobox role + refactoring

  1. add combobox role to dropdown root
  2. remove aria attrs from dropdown content and ensure that they exists in the root
  3. check in "nvda" reader
  4. check in "fast pass" checker
  5. check creator functional a11y tests
