Allow users to edit/remove news in newsroom

This is slightly complicated...

When a user creates that news themselves, they should be allowed to make changes to the news title/abstract/time.

When they are using a news created by someone else, say the crawler bot or news created for other timeline, then they should make a copy of that news and edit on that basis. However, copies of news should not appear in search results.
