Zoom support and hdpi support

I figure it is better to get this request in early while the decision making process for the 1.0 milestone is still in the making. Without HiDPI resolution scaling being added to the 1.0 milestone, there will be many of us with high resolution screens who won’t be able to use the plugin at all because the GUI will be to small. HiDPI scaling support should be a standard feature for every plugin these days, and not an afterthought. Fewer and fewer monitors, with the old standard 1080x1920 as the highest supported resolution, are being made, while the number of high resolution or HiDPI screens is pretty much the standard these days. We should support this from the beginning.

Yeah ha how could I have not put zoom and hdpi in the milestone - the entire ui is vector drawn so this won’t even be hard

Just FYI 0603aab added simple user configurable zoom. That plus the scale factor we already get from the DAW should mean the HDPI all works. I tested it up to 200% on a big 4K apple monitor with no problem.

It's sticky right now and there's user preference and limiting and stuff to do still I'm sure but basically this is 'roughed out'

I'm going to add a new label also 'roughed out' which means there's quite a bit of initial work done on an issue.
