[Addition] New Record Embed

Add the checkpoints data for the run in the embed like so: image

  • There is a character limitation from Discord side for embed fields, so I tried limiting the amount of characters that can be present for adding that field.
  • Also updated discordWebhookAPI include with newest version, ty @Sarrus1
  • Updated surftimer include as well
  • Added some more prints in case of an error with DEBUG on (for rate limitation)

This will most likely NOT work for maps with more than 28ish stages/checkpoints
