Torrent Names Invisible In Dark Mode

Don't get me wrong, I love the dark theme, but I think 4.2.3 went a little too dark. All active torrents that are not currently downloading (i.e. stalled, seeding, etc) have their titles in the same color as the background; they can only be seen when you hover over them. That can't possibly be a "feature", can it? Is there some way to change that behavior that I'm not seeing?

What version did you use before 4.2.3?

I think it could be somehow related to original qbittorrent colors for different items, maybe I would find someday.. Try between old dark and new dark in plugin setting, maybe you will find better look

I upgraded from qBittorrent-dark v4.2.1 to 4.2.3... I skipped v4.2.2, could that be causing the problem?

I'm not sure what you mean by "old dark and new dark in plugin setting"... I've tried all the settings in the Dark Theme Plugin menu, and while I can read the font in some of them, I'm sorry to report that they are unusable due to their intense ugliness (to my eye, of course... something about beauty and beholders).

I'll play around with other settings to see what I can do, but if you have any other suggestions please let me know. As it stands, I'm looking at going back to the base release and trying out their new theme support... but I've been using your build for a long time now, and I really enjoy it and appreciate the work you put into it.

Whatever happens, thanks for providing us with a sorely needed version of this essential software :)

You could try to download libqdark mingw package from v4.2.1 release, extract the libqdark.dll and replace it in installation folder. Maybe the colors here were better, I don't know

Having the exact same problem - I also upgraded from 4.2.1 to 4.2.3. The text is nearly impossible to read in dark mode(using new or old theme).

I tried replacing the libqdark package as suggested from the v4.2.1 but it had no effect.

I also tried installing 4.2.2 (after removing old installation) and still had the exact same problem as in 4.2.3... but if you install v4.2.1 the color issue is fixed. It's weird, I have no idea what is changing...

[A workaround for anyone else having this problem: mumble-dark theme from here will make torrent names readable again.]
