New theme: can't resize left panels elements

When using the new theme, I can't resize any of the left panel elements: Status, Categories, Tags or trackers height are locked, and the size the Status, Categories and Tags panels are too small to be able to see anything. See screenshot

Having the same issue except when I expand the tags section, both categories and status sections collapse to only one entry being visible.

Fortunately if I mouse-over the category I can scroll with the mouse to change it. The status section however, collapses with only "All" visible and no possible way to change it... Unless you manually collapse the tags area yourself, and then both the status and categories automatically expand to the correct sizes and all is well. If you expand tags again, it all repeats.

This problem doesn't occur with light theme or the dark with "use old theme" option checked.
