Update of base spreadsheet

Hi there, great package! I'm planning to include a wrapper into the paperscraper package and I'm wondering whether / how the base spreadsheet will be updated. Currently it seems to list 2021 impact factors.

I now I can run impact_factor build but it does not update the spreadsheet.
