add some useful Resolution & Presentation options to PerBuildPlayerSettings

Adds some more of the options from PlayerSettings to that window resolution, full-screen, etc can be configured per-build. There are a lot more fields in PlayerSettings but these are the ones that seem most commonly needed #42
