Add support for external and other DBs (in helm chart)

Does it now support the configuration of external postgres data sources?

@renyijiu the helm chart is community driven. So even if it is supported, it may have other issues. (I know this doesn't answer your question, but FYI)

@renyijiu - the helm chart currently does not support external DB connections. It's on my to-do list, but it's a relatively quick patch if you can...

I believe that by the end of the month, it will support external DB for Postgres
