Bug: Passwordless OTP locks UI

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Passwordless setup
  2. Enter email
  3. Accidentally realized I was logged into the wrong account
  4. Can not logout or back to sign in another account

Excepted behaviour:

I can logout and try again with another email

What I see now:

I see the UI locked in OTP and I can not to logout

Hi, could you post a screenshot of the screen you are seeing? By default the UI shows a "Change email" button below the OTP form that allows you to go back to the login screen.
