Rebroadcasting the transaction , customer support asking to enter seed phrase

I swapped 0.0064 ETH → BNB via your service, but the BNB has not been received in my Trust Wallet.

• also your customer support wants me to enter my seed phrase to connect it . Not comfortable with it , just take my public wallet address

I did but they still want me to talk to live support ~ i am not comfortable to share my seed phrase with anyone . Just take my bnb public wallet and transaction detail and please get if done asap
