memphis Integration with AWS EventBridge

Motivation

There is a variety of tools to work with events in the AWS cloud. Memphis as an event source needs a standardized way to inject data into AWS tools. (Lambda, Kinesis, SNS and etc')

Suggested Memphis implementation

Memphis will be able to Produce/Consume messages to/from various AWS services via AWS EventBridge

Let's agree on a small scope, at least to start to think about that.
