We should have a website at https://gotosocial.org that has some basic details on what the project is, and links to documentation and the github repo. At first this doesn't need to be anything fancy, just something there.

maybe use the current frontend design and adapt it for this somewhat showcase website?

also, it might be relevant to make a dedicated repo?

we now have https://github.com/superseriousbusiness/gotosocial-landingpage, which renders https://gotosocial.org via pixie pages. It's in a very basic state, but it means I can close this issue now :)
