[feature] Dereference posts more often for up to date replies

Is your feature request related to a problem ?

every time you look at a post, if it hasn't been looked at since ~2hrs, it'll go dereference the thread again to see if there's updates -tobi

It works perfectly fine for older posts, newer posts however are dead despite having multiple replies on the remote instance. Right now I have to use fedifetcher as the alternative is empty posts. I'd like to get away from it.
