[feature] More comprehensive language selection options for frontend/settings panel

Describe the bug with a clear and concise description of what the bug is. Please include screenshots of any visual issues.

There is no my native language Samogitian as default post language in settings. I checked code and as I understand it use langs package (9 years old). Maybe there is better way to list all languages.

There is issue in package https://github.com/adlawson/nodejs-langs/issues/13

Or other choice if not to list thousands of languages - let input the code manually.
