pip installs outdated version

When installing supernnova using pip i.e., calling

pip install supernnova

version 2.0.0 of supernnova is installed. The docs (which describe installation by means of the above line) are, however, for supernnova version 3.0.19. Therefore the Quickstart guide (pip) does not work out-of the box. As a workaround installation by means of cloning the latest version from github works with the documented quickstart guide.
