Transfer of settings made with Prusa Slicer to Super Slicer

I fine-tuned many settings in Prusa Slicer over the past few months. I loaded a project file made using Prusa Slicer 2.5.0 to Super Slicer 2.4.58.5. There was no error during the loading. However, after printing, I noticed that the printed holes are smaller than those printed using Prusa Slicer This includes holes with opening on first layer and holes with opening on the top-most surface. I could not insert screws to those holes anymore. What parameter should I adjust in this case?

Also, having Z distance (top) set to 0.2 worked fine under PrusaSlicer. This value got transferred automatically to Super Slicer. However, after printing, the overhand surface looked very ugly. What parameter should I adjust in this case?

Describe the solution you'd like Perhaps highlight parameter values that were set from the project file made using Prusa Slicer. In this case, we can tell what values were imported from the project file made using Prusa Slicer and what values are generated from Super Slicer.

If possible, do the same thing when importing project files made by Super Slicer to Prusa Slicer.
