Version

2.5.59

Operating system type + version

Windows 11

Behavior

Was working great.. tried to slice an object the other day.. got this error. Tried restarting app. Restarting computer even. No matter what STL I try.. this error always happens.

Project File (.3MF) where problem occurs

Any .STL does this now. Makes Slicer unusable at the moment. :(

I ran into this issue as well while testing Resonance compensation and found the error to occur when I made adjustments to the "Vertical shells" section, specifically "wall thickness" when working with vase mode. Not sure if this will help you but just what I found.

If I remake the Print settings without(have a backup thankfully) and do not adjust wall thickness I do not have the error and can slice fine. I can also slice with other settings when this happens.

Unfortunately experiencing the same issue. Win10, SS-2.4.58.5.

It started suddenly without me even changing a setting, started to get the errors with the previous stable version and this version is same too.

One thing i can say is when i try to slice with system default print settings (eg. one of the ender3v2 profiles) it's working okay, however, when i try to use my custom profile for a VORON printer, getting this error.

Same here. Please make a new release soon! Hole spacing, inner XY Compensation are crucial for my current xmas project :-)
