Import++ plugin crashes when importing a certain webpage (Error 403)

Hi guys! Basically I tried to import (a webpage on Riichi Mahjong)[https://bbs.nga.cn/read.php?tid=14870467&_fp=3] from Chrome. It seems that the website denied the access for some reason and as a result the plugin crashed.

Seems like a legitimate bug, thanks for the report. I'm not actively developing SMA at the moment, but I'll flag it as bug if someone wants to come around and help.
