SuperMemoAssistant Crashes when deleting any collection with X in launcher

Description

Whenever X-ing out any collection in the SuperMemo assistant launcher - SuperMemo Assistant crashes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Launcher
2. Click the red X next to any collection.
3. SMA freezes up and eventually exits.
4. The collection is not removed from the list.

Expected behavior

I assumed the collection would be removed from the launcher.

Environment (fill where applicable)

• Version: SMA 2.0.3.435
• SM Version: 18.04
• OS: Windows 10 64bit
• OS Language: English (US)
