installer can't cancel plugin installation and freezes up during it

2.0.5 alpha So I wanted to install dictionary. Then I noticed that I don't need a dictionary, since I already know all the words. So I wanted to cancel installing the dictionary. That didn't work immediately and froze for [insert more seconds than I was willing to watch that window do nothing]. Then afterwards I could cancel it. expected behaviour: When I press cancel, I get immediate feedback, that it's cancelling. A non-responsive cancel-button is a broken button.

I think I'll just remove the Cancel button. It's extremely hard to get working with NuGet.
