Ctrl+O (open favorite collections) doesn't keep SMA open

Description

When I use ctrl+o to switch collections, SMA doesn't stay open.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open SM with SMA
  2. Use ctrl+o to open a different collection
  3. SMA does not stay opened

Expected behavior

I expect to be able to switch collections and have SMA stay open.ula]

Environment (fill where applicable)

PDF Plugin: 2.0.5-alpha-0 SMA: 2.0.5-alpha-3

Hint: if you CTRL+O yourself back to the collection you opened with SMA, it still works.

AFAIK SM is basically restarting when you open a new collection. It's unlikely that using SMA on an open process will ever be implemented, unless an official API is developed.
