Visual offset on snipping in PDF. --> problem found: Screen scaling incompatibility

solution:

  1. change screen scaling to 100%
  2. reboot

---> need to make SMA compatible with different scaling settings

With both left mouse & right mouse drag

Go to your monitor settings, change scaling to 100%, restart PC. No SMA fix yet
