kill signal (Ctrl-C) does not work with aframe-watcher

When running aframe-watcher (on Windows, in a bash terminal), everything seems to work as described in the documentation, but pressing Ctrl-C does not kill the process. The only way to exit the process is to kill the entire terminal.
