Can you please check if you have udisks2 installed? If you don't have it installed, do you have `/etc/fwupd/uefi.conf` with a value set for ESP path?
Okay in the linked issue I think we figured out what's going on. Can you please download the cab manually and install it?
Which system do you actually want? Although they were bundled together for Windows, getting the CAB for Linux may be different.

@prbinu Nothing right now. I'm going to transfer it to the project that has various firmware issues. If we conclude it's a fwupd issue we'll transfer it back.
I think proper solution is most likely to add CHID.
I would suggest to treat the web UI and command line tools separately. Web UI is only showing based on GUID. I think it needs some work to handle this...
