Cyrillic support

Hi. Really appreciate this great package. Could you please tell, Is there a way to use a cyrillic font to write and export/preview to pdf a russian screenplay? There is a cyrillic courier prime here: http://dimkanovikov.pro/courierprime/ Also, is there some way to redefine INT/EXT keywords in fountain to parse ИНТ/НАТ (these are russian equivalents) instead? Would really appreciate if this can be done. Also CUT TO: is of interest to change.

By the way, I tried to export to pdf some screenplay samples on my Ubuntu with different settings. The thing is, it always works the same way no matter what. E.g. even if I disable dialogues' rendering they still render.

All in all, thanks for a great tool.

It may be possible to do this. Off the top of my head, I'd say that some kind of generic language support system might be possible if we could define various grammar sets and allow for user configuration. That's just for keyword identification.

The piece about exporting to pdf with a cyrillic font would be partially dependent on whether the characters in the font generally monospaced. And there could also be unforseen issues with the pdf conversion or rendering libraries... but I can't think of any.

As far as your export settings issue goes, check out release 0.8.1 ... should be fixed there.

So... Is there any way to fix that?

Can you post the text itself so we can try to recreate the issue?

sTiKyt, yes you can. You just need to get a font with a proper cyrillic support. Or try using https://kitscenarist.ru
