2.0.1: UI - Service catalog should have reserved space at top for vetted SG apps

Short Summary: During user testing it was realized that having separate sections for each repo is confusing. We should have all apps on a single page. However, we should have all vetted Supergiant apps at the top of the repo.

When a user adds a third party repo, the apps should fall in alphabetical order within the rest of the existing apps.
