2.0: UI/API - SG needs to display and be able to return version.

The Supergiant api should be able to return what version of the API is being used. (i.e. v2.0.0-beta.9)

In the UI, the version number should be visible to the user, possibly in the footer.

This is for all tools, be sure versions are being reported on API and UI

@josephkane Version is now reported from API, we need this in the UI as well.

This is still an issue. Looks like 'unstable' is hardcoded.
