Can't save anything

OS: MacOS

I'm able to log-in and see my entries, but I can't save new ones.

For example, I go to Locations, click on the plus, enter my new data, when I then click enter or Command+S or leave the window nothing gets saved.

Also if it should be a save button, it is missing.
