Feature request: optional output of ccd/img/sub

Since redumper already captures raw subchannel data, which can also be refined, the ability to produce ccd/img/sub files would a nice-to-have feature.

This is especially useful for discs with subchannel copy protection schemes. It would be nice to have disc images that are usable out of the box.

All subchannel data is already preserved in .subcode file, which contains more data comparing to .sub, ccd/img/sub output will be implemented as conversion from .scram/.subcode. Keep backing up your discs today! :)

Cool! Great to know that it's planned.

If only we had an universal disc image format that is ablle to contain all sorts of copy protection and widely supported by emulators/virtual drives :P
