Add a way to override media profile type

For the drives that don't support the command. Something like --force-media-profile / --override-media-profile / --force-media-type etc. Simplify profile checking code (remove functions and do a map profile -> media type) Verify that it works well with subtypes (CD-R / DVD-R etc)
