Wouldn't this defeat the goal of a "byte perfect disc"? Not that CSS has ever been a useful protection. Might be optional maybe?

DVD Decrypter has an option called "Force VOB CSS Flag Removal" and the documentation states "Force VOB CSS Flag Removal makes DVD Decrypter remove a flag indicating that the content is CSS encrypted." Not sure if this should be something you have to look after if you decode the files.

Decrypt will be a separate command.

Different encrypted discs can match each other when decrypted, this won't replace the primary hash, and can just be used to identify which discs match content-wise.
