Mark e-mail as "salesforced" in e-mail client?

Hi, Would it be possible to implement a feature which automatically tags e-mails as "salesforced" once they have been added to salesforce? I'm thinking of an automated way of right-clicking...

from the add email dialog, you can create new records, this should support picking a record type (e.g. to handle person accounts when creating new contacts)
