Medium Superfeedr subscriptions send notification with no body

I'm subscribed to a couple of publications on Medium using the Superfeedr subscription mechanism. Until recently it has worked well but now the requests come without body and Content-Length header appears to always be 0.

Are there any limits to using the service (number of subscriptions, etc.).
