Exporting textures

Open jterrace opened this issue 13 years ago • 2 comments

The exported COLLADA file doesn't contain any image references for the textures, and the OBJ export doesn't export an MTL file. Is there any way to get the files out with textures?

I've though about that but haven't had time to implement anything yet, plus the browsers are still lacking big time when it comes to getting files out of JS. I was going to see about having the model and textures all downloadable as a single zip file, via: http://stuartk.com/jszip/

I believe you can apply the textures again in Blender and re-exporting it is probably the easiest method.

How do I create an MTL file/connect it with the OBJ file I downloaded? I'm a newbie at this, and I'm trying to use some of the trees for a project.
