Currently, yes. But it should not take too much work to change that. It just needs the time to do it. Most of us are on holiday currently.
We're aware of this and will be fixing it. Chrome started only allowing access to getUserMedia on HTTPS
1) is a non-issue. We could add a favicon there but it's not important. 2) is, as noted, known and we will fix it.
