Feature request: add LV2 plugin support

LV2 is an extensible open standard for audio plugins. LV2 has a simple core interface, which is accompanied by extensions that add more advanced functionality.

hi, this repo doesn't really get maintained, so any feature you'd like you will probably need to implement yourself, if it isn't already out there.
