Add option to disable update check

Feature Request

The current version checks from raw.githubusercontent.com every time when it is launched to see if there is any new version of obfuscator. Unfortunately the URL is hardly accessible from some countries. But the timeout can take up to one or two minutes, seriously impairing the user experience.

Would it be possible to add an option and bypass the check?
