npm:[email protected] is not running

Unfortunately npm:mssql is not running with the current deno version of edge runtime. There is a problem in the TLS handshake. This should also appear to packages like nodemailer

I've tested the npm package with the current Deno version and it runs.

I've tried to do it myself but I'm stuck updating the Dino Core.
