Add a dashboard for all functions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It it difficult for me to monitor the health of all of my functions at once, I have to manually click into each on and view their execution time and request statuses.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like a dashboard that allows me to view the health of all functions at a glance. Ideally this would also allow me to see an aggregate stream of all of the logs from the functions as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered I could use an sql query to query the logs and build my own dashboard of sorts
