Persistent “email rate limit exceeded” on PUT /auth/v1/user even after project restart

Hello, I’m encountering a persistent AuthApiError: email rate limit exceeded on PUT /auth/v1/user, even after disabling “Secure email change” and “Confirm email”, waiting several minutes, and restarting the project.
