Add Password recovery with OTP

What is the current behavior?

Currently, the password recovery system only supports magic link reset via email. Users receive an email with a link to reset their password.

What is the new behavior?

• Adds option to use OTP (One-Time Password) for password recovery
• New flow includes:
  • User requests password reset with their email
  • User receives OTP code via email
  • User enters OTP code and new password with confirmation
  • Password is updated after successful OTP verification
• Added new localizations for OTP-related messages
• Added customizable OTP input icon
• Added password confirmation field with validation
• Added proper error handling for invalid OTP codes
