Looking for a way to adapt this project to process PDFs and allow RAG-chatbots over the PDFs.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've followed a few pinecone tutorials where they make it seem relatively straightforward vs. supabase. Feels like it could be a huge help if there is a tutorial / documentation on how to do this on supabase. Especially with the added complexity of Deno/edge functions. Thanks!
