Librechat can not read PDF file

Describe the bug

I downloaded this PDF file: https://sba.thehartford.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/99-Business-Ideas-eBook.pdf When i try to add a PDF iLibreChat try to open it from extract_text_from_pdf() i Got a error that it cannot extract the text.

To Reproduce

Test with Groq and OpenAI and others model. Just drag and drop PDF file to libreChat from your LibreChat website.

Expected behavior

Successful file attachment and chat with it.

Multiple way to show error, with a toast alert or directly in the chat that it can read the file.
