Add add-label and remove-label hook

I've read the wiki, and AFAIK there's no way of doing the following with the availible hooks so far; If I add label A to a message, label B should also be added if it isn't already. (vice versa for removal)

Therefor, unless i've overlooked something, I would like hooks on label savings and removals.
