Adjust the direction of icon list automatically according to the icon position on screen

By default (on wayland), when the dock icon is dragged to the very top of screen and has been clicked, it jump to lower position to show the icon list. The reasonable behavior is to show the list bar in another direction automatically so that the icon will not move.

It is just a enhancement request, not a serious bug.

Now you can just change direction manually. This feature of automatically changing direction will increase a lots of code.
